Phase 2:
Marketing Strategies

  • Extensive and Intentional Marketing Strategies include but are not limited to:

    • Discuss steps to prepare to sell
    • Coordinate Professional Photography and Videography
    • Contact Qualified Buyers Database
    • Promote to fellow Agents / Team
    • Social Media Platforms
    • Broker’s and Open Houses
    • Approved Buyer Showings Only

Phase 3:
Negotiating – BRSG Will:

  • Review and Discuss Offers and Contract Terms with You
  • Provide You with an Estimated Net and Offer Comparison Sheet
  • Help You to select the best offer
  • Negotiate on Your behalf in Your best interest

Phase 4:
Offers Accepted

  • 21 – 35 Day Contract Period
  • Option Period – Buyer orders a Home Inspection

    • BRSG negotiates Buyer’s repair requests on your behalf
  • Financing Period – Buyer’s Lender is fully underwriting and securing the loan
  • Appraisal ordered

Phase 5:
Closing

  • Buyer gets a CTC (Clear-to-Close)
  • BRSG will coordinate the Closing Appointment
  • Go to Closing and wait for funding
